The founder: Mr.Poon Hung Wai came from a family who has been in the poultry business for generations. He is the first in Hong Kong to incorporating air-chilled poultries to his business offerings. This entrepreneurial concept provides an alternative to customers who are in custom of buying live poultries from non-standardized shops and enduring higher price. By fostering a long term relationship with various poultry farms in mainland China, the Company secured a steady supply of best quality livestock. With increasing demands from customers, the Company has streamlined its operation by moving the supply chain facilities to China. The pricing model reflects cost savings from operational efficiency. The locality allows personnel to monitor and enforce quality controls which are in compliance with government regulations as well as the international food standards.

Mr.Poon's comprehensive business background and his knowledge in the poultry industry earned him a role as one of the Board of Directors in Poultry Wholesalers Association. He was also the primary poultry consultant at Food and Environmental Hygiene Department in Hong Kong.
